Our store is hosted on Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Products

Nola’s Dolls are not toys and are not meant for kids or rough handling. We can not be held responsible for any damages or harm caused by improper handling or use of our products, however, we will do our best to make repairs.

Color Accuracy

Colors and textures of the actual products may appear different in person than they look in photos due to camera limitation, devices and screen settings. We can not guarantee that the color and texture shown on your screen(s) is 100% accurate to the actual product.

We do our best to ship all items out as soon as possible. If you need to arrange express shipping, please contact us.

Prices, photos, and availability of the products can be changed at any time, and without notice. Payment is due at time of check-out.

We reserve the right to cancel any current orders and/or future orders, and refuse service to anyone at any time if we suspect suspicious activities or fraud.

We can’t be held responsible for any mistakes not made by us. For example, you made a mistake in your shipping address, you didn’t verify the prices and currency, etc.
